SAPHIR’s logos, trademarks and visual identifiers are the exclusive property of its owner and may not be used without written authorization.

The service is operated from technical infrastructure in line with the availability and security standards applied by SAPHIR.

SAPHIR is provided as is, without any guarantee of continuous availability, accuracy of the data or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those expressly defined in the service.

Under no circumstances shall SAPHIR, its owner or its collaborators be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

SAPHIR’s maximum liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Payment data is stored by Stripe and does not pass through SAPHIR; card management, invoices and tax details are handled from its portal.

SAPHIR offers sign-in with Google and with Apple. When you use these options, those providers process the authentication data in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies.

SOS protocol alerts are delivered through email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice call providers, which process only the data necessary for delivery.

This legal notice is governed by the law in force in the jurisdiction of the service owner.

Any dispute arising from the use of SAPHIR shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.

Legal and privacy requests and security notifications must be sent through SAPHIR’s official support channel.
