Quick guide to accounts, medical records, QR access, privacy and support.

Guidance translation of the Spanish version; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
Getting started
Create an account, complete your identity and emergency information, and then add the medical sections relevant to you.
Keep critical fields concise and up to date so that emergency responders can quickly understand the most important information.
You can add, edit or delete sections of your record at any time from the main dashboard.
Privacy management
Use the privacy controls in your dashboard to choose which sections are visible through the QR or shared access.
Review your privacy settings after adding new medical information, uploading documents or changing emergency contacts.
You can change the visibility level of any section individually without affecting the rest of the record.
QR and shared access
Your QR is designed for controlled access to selected medical information in emergency situations.
If a QR is lost, exposed or no longer needed, renew it, deactivate it or adjust it from the dashboard’s QR settings.
You can configure the QR expiry and the visible sections to limit exposure in the event of unauthorized access.
Documents and files
SAPHIR lets you attach medical documents, test results, reports and other relevant files to your record.
Manage which documents are externally visible through the document privacy settings in your dashboard.
Documents can be downloaded, deleted or updated at any time from the documents panel.
Emergency contacts
Add trusted emergency contacts who can be notified or contacted in an emergency.
Keep each person’s contact details and role up to date to make communication easier in critical situations.
SOS protocol and alerts
When an SOS alert is activated, SAPHIR calls the emergency number corresponding to your location and sends SMS, WhatsApp, email and a voice message to your contacts, in addition to sharing your live location.
Your plan includes a number of alerts per billing cycle, which renews on the date shown in Settings → Plan and billing.
Set up your emergency contacts and the language of each one before you need it: each contact receives the alert in the language assigned to them.
Plan and billing
View and change your plan from Settings → Plan and billing. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the end of the current cycle.
The Stripe portal lets you update your card, download invoices and edit your tax details. Payment data is stored by Stripe, not by SAPHIR.
If you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days and then the account returns to the Free plan without deleting any information.
Notifications
SAPHIR may send notifications about account activity, QR access, security changes and reminders to update your record.
You can manage your notification preferences from the account settings. Critical security alerts cannot be disabled.
Account support
For sign-in problems, password recovery, account changes or deletion requests, use the recovery flow or the official support channel.
For urgent medical situations, contact local emergency services. SAPHIR support cannot provide emergency medical assistance.
The support team is available to resolve technical, privacy or account questions through SAPHIR’s official channel.
