About us
Medical information should travel with the person.
SAPHIR exists so that critical health data does not depend on paperwork or on two systems talking to each other.
Why SAPHIR exists
“Why should patients fight bureaucracy while fighting for their life?”
She showed us what really matters. SAPHIR is not a memorial: it is the promise that every second goes to what truly counts.

How we work
Your health, in your hands
SAPHIR is built on three ideas: your data is yours, you decide who sees it, and your vital information is available when it is needed most.
-
The record belongs to the patient
Not to the clinic or the insurer. The person decides what is visible, who sees it and until when, and can revoke it at any time.
-
No middlemen
Access goes through the QR or personal code the patient generates, and needs no third party.
-
Ready for an emergency
The emergency QR shows your vital information offline and in the language of whoever is treating you, so nobody depends on coverage in an emergency.
How it is built
Technical decisions you notice in the consulting room
Data is encrypted at rest, and always travels over TLS in transit.
The emergency QR holds the vital summary, so it reads even with no coverage at the scene.
Every lookup is logged with date and origin, and the patient reviews it from their dashboard.
Visibility configurable item by item and limited retention after closing the account.
